Szlak „zachodni” o długości ca 550 kilometrów (rozpoczyna się) w Wolinie gdzie  łączy się ze szlakiem „północnym” i kieruje na południe gdzie dociera do Kostrzyna.  W przebieg szlaku, w celu urozmaicenia przebiegu, włączono pętlę uwzględniającą:  „a” - zabytki architektury (min. Zamek Joanitów w Swobnicy ) „b” pętle krajobrazowe drogami leśnymi wzdłuż dopływów Odry oraz fragment Poj. Myśliborskiego). W okolicy Kostrzyna, w miejscowości Kaleńsko szlak łączy się ze szlakiem „południowym”.

The "western" trail, approximately 550 kilometers long, starts in Wolin, where it connects with the "northern" trail and heads south to Kostrzyn. In order to diversify the route, the trail includes a loop taking into account: "a" - architectural monuments (including the Joanite Castle in Swobnica), "b" landscape loops along forest roads along the tributaries of the Oder and a fragment of the Poj. Myśliborski). Near Kostrzyn, in the town of Kaleńsko, the trail joins the "southern" trail.
