Remaining equipment of vehicles - any.

The classification of the vehicle to individual groups must be proposed in the Booking Application Form.
In cases of the questionable  will decide "technical briefing "  in the base, in the day of the start from hour 5. 00 till hour 6. 00.
Starting order:
From hour 6. 30 till hour 7. 30 -  group A1
From hour 7. 00 till hour 8. 00 -  group T
From hour 6. 30 till hour 7. 30 -  group  A 2

The route:
1 -  Vehicles of group T set off from the start point on the main route. Apart from the special sections (OS),  the main route will be easier to traverse than in the last (26th) tour and is to be made in accordance with the 'one-track" rule. By special option, vehicles from group "T" may take the "zero" route accompanying by the vehicles of group "A1" or "A2"  [ the rule necessitated by party team travel]  but without score for the "zero" route.

2 - Vehicles of groups A1 and A2  must complete the "zero" route before setting off on the main route and  pass at least half of the tasks prepared on this route / it will take approximately 4-6 hours depending on a particular tour/. After  returning to the base, having completed the "zero" route, vehicles will be given permission to enter the main route. Therefore  vehicles of group "A"  will follow the main route considerably later than vehicles of group "T" which will permit traffic flow.  In case of special incidents, for instance a serious breakdown on the "zero" route when the time elapsed does not permit return to the "zero" route, participants of group "A"  will be admitted to the main route only after closing the "zero" route and at a penalty of minus 10,000 p.

3 - Special tasks /ST / will be placed nearer to the start so that  participants of group "T"  have a chance to perform these tasks in daylight. None of  STs  remain  compulsory.  Accomplishing STs using own equipment will  be awarded  more points than  in previous competitions.

4 - Special sections (OS) still will be located along the course of the route, yet still will not be compulsory. Each OS will have a diversion for those participants who do not wish to execute the task. Within rope-marking of the OS there will be no possibility to drive out of  the OS earlier than through a marked exit except in the case of  a breakdown making the marked exit unattainable.  Emergency conclusion will be permitted only by the referee or another representative of the organiser in the place and manner designed by them. If a breakdown and the necessity to leave an OS takes place at an unmanned OS, it is required to inform the organiser by SMS. Breaking this rule will conclude participation  in the event and may involve payment for any damage caused  beyond the rope-marked area .

5 - There will be more marked exits from the route. Leaving the route in places different from the marked exits may take place only for justified reasons, for instance, a breakdown. The participant leaving the route in a different place is obliged to inform the organiser about the place by SMS /the message should contain: the route and the RB blank, the start number and the time of leaving/. Only on this condition the presence of a participant outside the route will be accepted.  Each unjustified diversion from the route will result in exclusion from the event and may also result in legal consequences / fine/  in case of driving through woodlands without permission [outside the route]. This rule has resulted from too frequent driving by participants beyond the established and prescribed route without actual need. In the case of absence from the route for less than 3 hours, return to the route should take place at  the same point. In the case of a stoppage of more than 3 hours return to the route is possible only in a place indicated by an official.
Thus the possibility of leaving  or returning to the route by other ways is precluded. All diversions from of the route must be noted down in the Leaving Form
6 - Only registered and insured vehicles which full fill the norms of noise and fume emission will be allowed  to participate. Thus there is no permission for vehicles with rebuilt
intake and exhaust arrangements.  There is no permission to use vehicles which contain oil in the exhaust.

7 - Return to the base for night accommodation remains possible but leaving and returning to the route must be in accordance with the rules in point 5. Spending nights in the indicated places on the route will be awarded a large number of points.

8 - The referee's evaluation of performed tasks ranges between "0" and  some maximum "value" set for the particular task. Please do not "cajole" the referees to award the maximum score level only for performing the task. Points of the evaluation are a form of reward and are not obligatory.

9 - The rules given in the regulation of previous tours remain valid. We recommend  familiarity with them.  In extreme cases, breaking the rules will result in exclusion from further participation in the event and a ban on participation in subsequent ones or alternatively  in denial of further participation in the event and an increased  entry fee for participation in future tours. Persons breaking the rules to a lesser extent may be charged a higher entry fee in subsequent events.

10 - Drinking alcohol by the drivers is absolutely forbidden. In the case of observing a driver drunken or drinking alcohol the police will be informed immediately and the driver will be excluded and banned from future events. Members of  teams other than drivers will not be allowed to perform any tasks after drinking. The driver is RESPONSIBLE for the state and safety of his/her team.
